Every candle is personalised and made to order, so it can't be returned once production has started. If it arrives damaged or with the wrong message, email info@bonbelle-bg.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you.
Shipping
Free delivery anywhere in Bulgaria with Econt or Speedy, to your address, an office or a locker. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Manufacturing
Each candle is hand-poured in soy wax after you order, with your hidden message placed beneath the wax surface.
When will I get my order?
We make your candle in 2–4 working days, then the courier delivers it in 1–2 working days: 3–6 working days in total (up to 8 around holidays).
